Oversee daily activities, such as check-in and check-out guests, or liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
Develop marketing strategies by creating new promotions that suitable for present period or customer needs
Identify business opportunities by joining business alliances, such as boat transportation, or snorkeling&diving trip
Promote via social media platforms to improve identity and generate warm leads
Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
Check supplies and equipment quantity and quality
Selling boat tickets to customer then receive commission from agencies, and follow up until guests arrived the destination
