Conduct fundamental programs such as New Staff Orientation, Dusit Graciousness 1 and 2 and Operational Trainer courses for corporate staff, and existing hotel L&D managers as assigned.
Assist in Departmental Trainer Certification according to Dusit training step checklist.
Assist in standard courses development suitable for hotels and other BUs under Dusit.
Coordinate with Corporate Division Heads in arranging Corporate Organized Workshop, and with relevant persons/departments for further procedures.
Coordinate with Corporate Department Heads for yearly training needs assessments to evaluate training needs within Corporate Office.
Consolidate the need analysis from various channels such as performance appraisal, questionnaires and interview, summarize and present to Assistant Director/Director of L&D.
Identify and coordinate outside training sources which address Corporate Office training needs.
Coordinate with the third parties for relevant in-house courses, and propose to Assistant Director/Director of L&D.
Monitor corporate staff IDPs, follow up, and provide support to each staff to ensure 100% completion with December each year.
Provide constructive feedback on IDPs and L&D activities and offer recommendations to improve the effectiveness of future program delivery, or development methods.
Develop creative and informative communication systems, i.e., Share Point, E-Brochure, etc. to promote Learning and Development activities.
Monitor Corporate Office training budget spent and keep expenses within budget.
Prepare feedback tools to measure the effectiveness of training activities.
Prepare Half-Year, and Annual Corporate L&D reports for Assistant Director/Director of L&D.
Maintain and update all Corporate Office staff training records in HRIS i.e. Eagle System
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and company records.
Submit the relevant documents to the Department of Skill Development as required.
Check office storage areas for proper supplies organization and cleanliness.
1. Handle group insurance documents from the registration to resignation from the insurance company.
2. Responsible for Social Security matters i.e. registration for Social Security Fund.
3. In charge of Workmen Compensation for Corporate Office and coordinate with Hotels HR on Workmen Compensation Contribution of DMCO and DTPP.
