Responsible - Mini project , UCM Washing Process Improvement.
- Created Standardized Work documents in Washing Area.
- Created Bubble Diagram documents to show material flow.
- Created VSM-Value Stream Mapping/ VSD-Value Stream Design
documents to show Overall Process.
- LPC Line walk or OPL of Layer process audit Management about 4M Change , 14Q Basic ,and HSE Safety.
- Collected "Hourly Quantity Tracking Sheet" and Record KPI  Productivity tacking result in Excel.
- Review daily Scrap (NOK Part) and Record the data to Excel.  - Support production lines such as 5S, Kanban, document, board
and join work shop (Reduce % OEE, Improve process).
