ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
CHECK-IN COUNTER
- Queue passenger control at the check-in counter
- Offer AY name label for checked baggage
- Assist to bring documents point to point (sometimes)
ARRIVAL GATE
- Prepare name paging for premium lane immigration service for priority passenger
- Give premium lane card when passenger show up and guide them
- Head count for arrival crews
- Assist to return found property to passenger (sometimes)
BOARDING GATE
- Head count for departure crews
- Prepare special passenger, family with small children for pre-boarding
- Control the exit door for an economy class passenger (board by row seat)
- Search for missing passenger
AFTER FLIGHT
- Collect arrival crew sign documents at immigration
