Ive been working in the role of Overseas Sale Engineer for two years,
my responsible areas are UAE and Singapore, the main targets are to increase both sale amount and satisfaction of customer and end user
in order to achieve those goal I have to study the market to know where is our brand position is and what we should do to get to where we want to be, I also did a researched about competitors to see why they did better or worser than us, what is there advantage and disadvantage one last thing I did studied the customers need and trying to get current customer to stay with us, finding a potential future a customer and trying to get a loss customer back, after finishing the analytic processes I did come up with the strategies to penetrate the market
one way I found it to be really helpful is to visited a dealer or a customer once a month for a week
to build a strong relationship with them, discussed about market situation, competitors action, our brand strategy and each projects situation.
