- Responsible for ICT Department business performance and profitability such as orders, sales, cost, GP, expense and OP
- Prepare and provide department's budgeting to be presented to top management
- Drive presales and sales team to achieve business target of expanding and selling ERP, CRM, Outsourcing Services, Automotive System and IoT solutions as well as manage administrative team and legal advisor
- Act as customer project sponsor to support, monitor cost, timeline and quality of the deliverables along with ensuring that any changes or issues are properly managed and solved
- Lead administrative team to ensure correct and effective business processes and review legal documents such as NDA, NOC, Master Service Agreement, etc.
- Work closely with top management, solutions consultant/engineer team and customers for managing pipelines and projects as well as with other departments such as finance and human resources in terms of business processes, accounting, subordinate welfare and staff’s recruitment
- Determine department’s and team's strategies together with action plans for short term, medium term and long term
- Conduct Business Review with regional and group companies for strong and sustainable collaboration and growth
- Develop good relationship with customers (e.g. Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing) and business partners/suppliers
- Support team in finding new opportunities and leads
