Managing overall activity in manufacturing and support department .(Production, Production Planning, Engineer , Maintenance, R&D , Logistic , Warehouse , QA/QA ,QMS and Safety)
o Managing the strategies plan for manufacturing management and project management.
o Set goals, KPIs. Together with the management.
o Managing and Control the production process to meet the standards (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery)
o Managing and control the use of costs according to the Standard (Direct Material, Sub Material, Labor cost, OT, Energy, Defect, Machine Efficiency).
o Daily Performance Review Main KPIs Daily report (Man hour Eff%., Sub Material, Direct Material, Problem report)
o Set and follow up a work plan to increase productivity, 5S, Safety, Suggestion, Save Energy, Cost reduction, etc.
o Creating a working culture where all employees can contribute and share best practice to the benefit of the operation.
o Setting and managing manufacturing budget.
o Being adviser and problem solving for suborninate.
o Being coaching and development the subordinate .
o Managing , implementing and maintaining IATF 16949:2016 ,ISO 9001:2015

Job Responsibility
Managing overall activity in the factory (Production, Production Planning, Engineer, Maintenance, QA/QC, QMS/EMS and Safety), report to Factory manager (Japanese).
o Managing the manufacturing strategy to achieve business targets.

o Managing production work team and production systems to ensure good product quality and delivery system to meet on time schedule with minimum yield loss and claim.
o Managing packaging standard for company product and manage packaging activity in the sense of budget control and 100% secured product quality.
o Managing QA/QC system to rectify customer complaint activities to ensure 100% customer satisfaction in product delivery and quality.
o Controlling stock and FIFO.
o Managing Work safety and environmental care.
o Developing towards company and department goals.
o Contributing ideas continuously for current business system improvement.
o Ensuring company policy and company goals are well communicated and feedback is provided in the correct manner to ensure the business plan is achieved.
o Ensuring production, maintenance and warehouse & dispatching activities are in alignment and meet customer expectations to ensure the customer's satisfaction.
o Managing and supervising new models (APQP) since testing process until customer approved.
o Reviewing , implementing and maintaining IATF 16949:2016 ,ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
o Business record keeping and document control in compliance to ISO standard (IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015).
o Protecting company assets and develop a good business reputation.
o Responsible for onsite incidents, Employee injury, Conversion cost, Production yield loss, Productivity,Training, Delivery performance and Customer complaints.
