My role was to work closely with clients to identify their needs for each event. I organize facilities and details according to the requirement such as accommodation, event venue, catering, and entertainment, and ensure that the needs of the clients are met. I also coordinated with concerned departments to make each event done successfully. In the meantime, I supported my team to do paperwork tasks such as weekly event reports, event revenue reports.
