ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
⋅ Responsible for the key unit in HRD a full cycle of employee
⋅ Liaising between vendors, relevant internal departments and employees
⋅ Gather and analyze vendors performance appraisal files and using them as reference for the future
HRD plan
⋅ Collaborate with top management in each business unit to implement the HRD plan
⋅ Planning and procurement for all HRD activity
⋅ Communicate to employees at all levels in both formal and informal means in order to build
employee engagement

⋅ Find the sources for Job service provider for posting the jobs such as Hoteljob, Jobthai, Jobsdb etc.
⋅ Coordinate communication with line managers and acting as communication agent till the recruiting process is completed
⋅ Handle all documents and reports regarding to manager's tasks
