- Prepare the schedule and the document for new intake
- Confirm the room allocation with Facilities Manager for the new intake
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for food restriction or special request with approval by manager
- Dealing with customer complaints and suggestion
- Dealing with the shopping list
- Dealing with the expenses top up
- Collaborate with the cashier and the admissions for payment
- Provide weekly attendance rate report to the Centre Director
- Collaborate with the wellness team for schedule adjusting when needed
- Monitor and arrange the visa extension in good time
- Collaborate with the medical team for TMS scheduling
- Collaborate with the medical team/ support for transportation arrangement when needed
- Collaborate with the facilities Manager to ensure that the clients accommodation is safe and sanitary
- Report the facilities manager immediately for maintenance and repair
