External customer service via telephone, email, website, BBQ Plaza, Facebook and QR Code.
Internal customer service via telephone, email. External customer service
Manage complaints, suggestions, compliments and answers to questions so that the customers receive the information that they want correctly and completely.
Analyze for reasons and solve problems to the needs of customers through various communication channels.
Contact customers to clarify ways to solve problems to provide customers with highest satisfaction.
Satisfying customers and good relationships between customers and the company so that customers come back to use the products and services.
Internal customer service
Supporting the provision of customer information relating to various departments to be improved.
Data recording and data collection work
Record of customer data contacted to the customer service center through all communication channels.
Compile a summary of information received for complaints, suggestions and compliments that have been closed. Send the Customer Feedback Daily Report via email to the relevant department to investigate and take action to prevent the problem from occurring again.
Assessing risks in each issue by bringing them into a risk assessment.
Follow up the operations and solutions from relevant parties to complete data recording report preparation work.
Prepare a summary of each promotion report. After the promotion ends report to Manager.
Organize a monthly report receiving complaints, suggestions and compliments to the Manager.
Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
