- Undertake the analysis of system problems, identify impacts and propose solutions that meet with business needs
- Analyze and identify the gap from existing process and recommend the best business practice and workflows then explain recommend to business users
- Develops software requirement specification (SRS), system design specifications (SDS) and user manuals.
- Identify resource based on appropriate competencies and proficiencies level in response to the roles within the projects
- Assign and manage tasks, activities, and dependencies according to the schedule
- Create and deliver progress report to the management team and seek appropriate decisions / directions / approvals

- Provide necessary support and guidance to PMO and project team members
