ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.Manage the site Maintenance function in a proactive for ensuring that the Facilities, Utility and all Machinery used to produce goods run to their maximum Efficiency and output. This includes Total Preventative Maintenance
2.Plan and Oversee all repair and Installation activities or New Projects
3.Monitor expense, and control of Maintenance Budget
4.Increase the site operational effectiveness, control MTBF, MTTR & Break downtime reduction, implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
5.Establish and workplace safety policies, procedures and working standards, Training annual year and supervise employees to work collaboratively to Achieve Goals

• Plan and monitor Maintenance of all machinery within the factory for use at full efficiency with preventative maintenance programs
• Planning control of spare parts and related assets ready for use to support the full Production capacity
• Analyze the root cause of the problem and machine defects, to improve machine efficiency and to extend the full life of the machine
• Plan the Annual Maintenance Budget and control costs appropriately
• Knowledge ISO 9000,14001,18001 control operation standard
• Project construction Installation machines according to production requirements
• Supervise Project of the machine installation to support production capacity
• Improvement and finding Energy save project
• Plan training for relevant employees to develop knowledge and ability with the work team.
