>Follow MP problem : Injection part’s problem, Outgoing problem, etc.
>Control Inspection document : Inspection measurement sheet, Drawing, Repair mold sheet

>Contact with Customer for design new product
>Control and management all new product
>Calculate cost for Quotation’s product and search material for make sample
>Contact with Japanese member and Translator
>Every day, report new model progressive to Thai boss (GM) and Japanese boss (Designer leader)
by Japanese and English
>Design jig/tool and package of New model by AutoCAD and Laser machine
>Control ISO system of Research and Development department
>Follow and analyze new model’s problem with Japanese member
>Judgment other problem and advice (ex. WI/Inspection/Tool/Machine/MP’s problem /
Manpower etc.)

>Train a new engineer member
>5Why analysis professional
>All new model responsibility (control start new model’s evaluation for both factory of Canon Thailand)
>Design evaluation items, method and discuss with Japanese member by myself
>Control evaluation’s member about 8-10 persons
>Support translate Japanese and contact with Japanese member
>Follow and analysis production’s problem and Evaluation’s problem of new model
>Every day, report Evaluation’s problem to Thai boss (Assist. MGR/MGR) and Japanese boss
(GM)
>Control and management new project of Department (Ex. Cost, Manpower)
>Consider the decision are facing, state the issue clearly and problem solving
>Analyze root cause and fine countermeasure by 5 why analysis for Customer complaint
>Make all document for guarantee product for MP (ex. WI/QAFC/Monthly test/QA specification
document etc.)
>Support ISO audit (ex. prepared documents, support auditor audit)
