ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Responsibility:
- Examine and advise employers in compliance with safety laws.
- Risk assessment and prepare risk assessment reports
- Preparing / documents control ISO 9001 : 2015 and OHSE 45001: 2018.
- Preparing annual safety actions – plans, safety budget.
- Preparing government documents according to the law.
- Preparing weekly report, monthly report and KPI report.
- Orientation training for new employees /Sub contractors / truck drivers / staff training for work safety.
- Analyze and examine causes of accidents and prepare accident reports.
- Control / management of chemicals hazardous.
- Check and evaluate working conditions (Measurement of the workplace environment).
- Appointment / review inspection of safety officers at each level.
- Appointment / review of the SHE committee.
- Organizing the meeting of SHE committee. Preparing the meeting report.
- Daily Patrol / weekly patrol with the management / monthly patrol with customers.
- Safety check behavior of forklift drivers and employees.
- Check fire pump / fire alarm / fire hose / fire extinguisher.
- Supporting safety activities / promotion of work safety / safety campaign.
- Supporting staff control the coordination of product delivery for customers and related agencies.
- Supporting staff to prepare daily, monthly stock reports, summarizing the products and raw materials at the end of the month.
- Qmark project and Truck control.
- Prevention and solution to drug problems in an establishment,
white factory program.
- Perform other safety activities as assigned by the employer.
