• Support end users of all IT related issues both hardware and software problems at the first level support
• Maintain Network System ,Telephone System ,CCTV System ,Access Control System ,Computers Peripherals , electrical Systems ,Lighting Control System ,Air VRF System ,Fire alarm ,PA&AV System and etc.
• Perform network configuration and Monitoring and administration IT infrastructure.
• Support for information technology to assist in activities promoting knowledge.

• Support end users of all IT related issues both hardware and software problems at the first level support
• Maintain ERP system, Network system ,Telephone system, CCTV system ,Access control system ,Computers Peripherals, IT infrastructure and etc.
• Support new project implementation in production line
• Prepare and follow up the issuing the PR and IT purchase process
• Perform network configuration and Monitoring and administration IT infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain backup.
• Support technical matters for Factory.
• Create and maintain document and others.
• Collaborate with HQ to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Construction management Project : SMC Rayong Factory ,SMC training center and dormitory
