2. Enables team efficiency by facilitating collaborative knowledge transfers between departmental project teams. It makes project plans, reviews, templates and documentation widely available to concerned members, saving
time and costs that would have otherwise gone into rework.
3. Tracks project health by ascertaining dependencies between projects.
4. Gathering data about project progress, status of milestones, goals reached. The reports it creates capture project health and provide insights into processes and frameworks that work.
