ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Provided technical support phone and remote supports for HPE ProLiant ML, DL, BL series Server and Storage products P2000, MSA, StoreEasy and StoreOnce products.
2. Provided technical support on products/hardware installation, products/hardware configuration and hardware diagnostics to fix product issue or hardware failure.
3. Provided technical support on OS installation (Windows Server and VMWare ESXi).
4. Technical evaluation to 2nd Level Support for find out solution in advance.
5. Technical consult for onsite engineer and partner support team in more technical knowledge.
6. Operate are under warranty, contract and agreement and keep and improve performance as service level agreement (SLA) targets.
7. Maintain logging and update cases detail in calls logging tool.

2. Technical evaluation to 2nd Level Support for find out solution in advance.
3. Technical consult for onsite engineer and partner support team in more technical knowledge.
4. Testing product and find solution for solve customer’s issue.
