Job Description: 1. Standard document and process control
- Creating the standard procedure, authority matrix and
- Design process flow charts, documenting process
- Build communication plan and developing stakeholder communication
- Lead functional to complete procedure and authority matrix and monitor post implementation
2. Report
- Create the operation dashboard by monthly, present to head of function.-
3. Project Management
- Support and facilitate with various cross function team including meeting, data etc.

1. Collect project information in the Lab-base, both internal and external sources as specified in the annual budget plan.
2. Collect and prepare the draft proposal/ MOU/ Quotation to open the project according to university regulations.
3. Prepare reimbursement project document accordance with university regulations and control budget, time of project.
4. Summary of income and expenditure project, including cost analysis, project execution present to project leader.
5. Monitoring the project activities as plan.
6. Report progress and final reports deliver to all stakeholder according to the work schedule on project proposal.
7. Coordinate project between internal and external university.
8. Other tasks as assigned
