- Troubleshot for programs including Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
- Support Hardware and Software asset management, tracking and auditing for devices not connected to the network and according to processes
- Create, delete and maintain user system accounts and passwords in Active Directory, corporate email system, phone system, and related applications and services
- Ordering of computer supplies and keeping of inventory
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Supported and maintained printers, conference device
