- Facilitate in all aspects of all in-house training session
- Looking for training need survey with all branch
- Prepare structure and design instruction for supervision
- Designing and developing training and development programs for internal property based on both the organizations and the individual's needs
- Design training documents, lessons plan and training aids for the courses.
- Prepare project for coaching employees (Head office and 12 branch) and conduct training program to all team members and manage talent development (Training Roadmap, Competency Systems, IDP)
- Analyze and recommend training consultants or trainers for appropriate programs (PM & OD)
- Orientation and training branch and care operation activities
- Prepare, Coordinate and submit all documents to Labor Skill Development based on Law requirement.
HRM.
- Ensure that employee working time attendant and personal record
- Screening application that records and recruiting candidates
- Selection of contact for job interviews.
- Recruitment , selection and interview (Head office and Branch) employment contract.
- Contract guarantee funds Orientation evaluate operating performance .
- Results of operations . Care Regulations Issued a warning letter
- Orientation and training branch and care operation activities
