- Handle training need for all departments and update Financial Year training plan and monitoring on actual training hour achievement as per target.
- Orientation all new employees [staff and workers].
- Pays employees by calculating pay, Maintaining records.
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires,Tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Support the company's activities.
- Handle Employee Provident Fund [Register, Delete member].
- Register Safety Level with Phuket Welfare Office.
- Liaise with Government Authorities on matters related to Human Resource such as Welfare Department, Phuket Skill Development, Social Security Office.
- Handle Dental Kit and Uniform [Proposal, Issue PR, Distribute].
- Project Anti-Drug [Campaign with Phuket Welfare office].
- Support Recruitment Worker.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
