Provide administrative support including preparation of meeting event, schedule booking such car, travelling/ticket and any related. Support regional office in China in any assigned and provide administrative support as needed.
Apply materials payment of procurement department or related on company finance system (SAP). Receive and cross check all merchandise items from supplier. Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
