- Schedule appointments for staff and ensure that they remain cognizant of the date/times of schedules
- Draft document such as internal memo and warning letter
- Run daily report from internal source and analyze sales/services performance using excel
- Monitors and request for office supplies and equipment that use within the shop
- Act as mentor for new staff to ensure that they are on the right track
- Served VIP customer to make sure that they are satisfied with AIS customer services standard
- Receiving both emails and internal calls to coordinate with customer inquiries and complaints
- Organize internal events such as outing, farewell party and New Year party
- Coordinate with various organization regarding to payment issues, registration document and other inquiries as requested
- Support all issues and cases that staff cannot handle
- Assign appropriate work tasks to each staff and monitor the outcome by weekly/monthly
