relationship with all contractors to ensure they fully understand the Company culture and standards, ensuring a high quality service is delivered.
Control contractors working on site and manage the Permit to Work System as per company instructions
Recognises tenants needs and is able to manage them beyond expectation
Work in coordination with the management and Board of Directors to ensure that all the practices and procedures are in place, and every activity is monitored thoroughly
Responsible for checking various Quality Assurance procedures, machinery, equipment, floor layout, production planning, etc.
Identify flaws if any, and document the same. Discuss the flaws with the management and chalk out a plan for them to work on rectification of the same
Analyze the internal audit reports and make a presentation on the same to discuss it further with the higher management, such that everything is in place before the external audits
Ensure utmost efficiency and service of procedures and excellence in quality by keeping a thorough check on all the processes of service
Assist in troubleshooting and fixing flaws to ensure productivity
Develop a risk based test plan by selecting appropriate audit approach, test procedures and sampling criteria based on professional judgment and departmentally defined internal audit methodology
Perform audit tests and prepare working papers in accordance with standards Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives. Identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evidential support for findings
Organize and reference work papers for review by Manager
Carried out all operational audits.
