- Set Sabre system (Check In and Reservation ticket) in Airport
- Troubleshoot and Escalate Sabre system to another team or vendor.
- Configuration database (SNTE) about rule and policy in each Airport and Terminal.
- Troubleshoot Operating system Windows problem via phone and remote .
- Troubleshoot programs problem (Microsoft Office and other programs) .
- Inquiry about IT questions .
- Troubleshoot Hardware problem (Basic) such as printer (Ink-Jet , Laser , Dot , Multi-Function) , PC and Laptop.
- Basic Trouble shoot of Sabre application (Sabre Sonic System).
