• Supervise Flight handling to be running smooth as required by customer airlines
• Perform check-in and boarding function and also all irregularity cases
• Supervise and control team performances under the company’s regulations
• Assign, prepare and rotate manpower to ensure that every position has enough person in charge
• Co-ordinate all flight operations issue with concerned departments and ground handling
• Supervise flight handling both pre and post, and flight irregularity case.
• Handle passengers’ complain against the company
• Handle all office administrative activities.
