- Set KPI, OKR and Budget for my department.
- Plan Raw material all of the year by use forecast planning and control import with 3PL.
- Manage area of Raw material enough for supply production team and use WMS oracle program for control stock.
- Manage area of Finished Good from production line enough for support sale team for don't shot supply to consumer.
- Manage transportation system and vehicle enough for delivery to customer by OTIF (on time in full) and manage root optimization for cost saving.
- Transportation and delivery good to consumers and other related.
- Responsible for resolving problems occurring during storage
- Manage subordinates including equipment procurement tools and raw materials suitable in the work process.
- To ensure that employees are actively involved in the implementation of policies, regulations, announcements with the ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP standards and knowledge about environmental, occupational health and safety systems.

- To set the section objective target and prepare the section’s plan align with policy and company’s master plan.
- To review and follow up section target, evaluate section performance in each warehouse operation and reverse the information to team.
- To set and review both of procedure, work standard and work instruction of warehouse section.
- To make the budget plan and approve in scope of authorization.
- To make and review the correction of the report in each warehouse operation
- To manage the space to match with inventory plan and ensure the goods were categorize and storage in the right location.
- To be the lead of physical inventory counting and be the lead auditee of any audit program which concern to warehouse section.
- Plan and provide the manpower, outsource, facilities, equipment’s, tools, and any materials to support the warehouse operation.
- To follow up the forklifts, tools, equipment’s were maintenance per plan.
- To interview the candidate to join working with warehouse section.
- To evaluate the subordinate performance and consider and apply the subordinates' promotion.
- To advise subordinates in problem solution, improvement in the short & long term.(if have)
- To set safety target, plan and provide activities under the safety manner& conditions to make the safety awareness to team.
- To ensure supervisor has conducts & drives & supervises the subordinate to follow the work instruction, company rule, quality and environment standard, any concern regulations.
- To make the development plan to develop & Support the subordinates to complete the need skills to manage their tasks well and can expand their ability to manage the tasks in higher level.
- To be the coach of supervisor to build the good team work and do the effective & efficiency communication.
- Control the warehouse area to have the house keeping per 5S standard.
- To control the working time per rule and legal.
- To do the job and report per assignment.
