- Design intervention to support organization culture (I-CARE) in alignment with company direction and develop effective tools, techniques, and method to drive the culture across the organization
- Prepare detail and implement a work plan in order to promote I-CARE value/culture or leverage the internal communication (Line@, TV, E-Newsletter, Art Print, Intranet etc.)
- Project management and leadership of HR activities e.g. Well-Being Project, CSR .etc.
- Coordinate with Internal & External Agencies

Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including implement diverse recruitment strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging proactive recruitment channels,
posting of jobs on relevant job portals, supporting the facilitation of interview and candidate selection.
- Work closely with line managers in each department to get the requirement of the candidates theyre looking for and communicate with them in terms of the job description, qualification or anything responsibilities to search for the qualified candidates.
Employee Relations
- To design, organize and conduct the full onboarding program, from pre-hire to first 120 days for new members that make sure he/she is real BNHs family.
- Implement the development of employee engagement and internal communications strategies.
- Maintain and analyze employee engagement survey
- To create and design a communication plan and organize intervention activities to support employee engagement.
