Entremetier (Main), responsible for the all the side dish on the plate for the Mittags Menu such as rice, vegetables, pasta and pommes.
On the evening and weekend, took care of all the hot dishes e.g. Hörnli, soup and some of the dishes for the appetizers.
Grade manger, making salad and desserts during the mittag service, evening service e.g. chocolate fudge cake, salad teller, salad on the menu card, cheese cake and chocolate fudge.
Also help with saucier for sometimes when they are in the rush or when they are busy to took care of the other thing

Make international food in different restaurant such as Walter, Center Bar, Sport Bar and production kitchen.
In Walter we made Italian food like pasta, focaccia, cheese plate, salami plate and buffets.
For Center Bar we made Asian food but mostly sushi but there also other dishes as well like Thai curry and Dim Sum.
Sport Bar is kind of fast food we do served club sandwiches, burger, snack, salad and dessert.
Production kitchen is the place where all the food that we have in the restaurant come from. It is freshly make by daily, here we have to prepare mis en place to be ready to transfer to other unit.
