ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Responsible for overall operation interface between aircraft loading and unloading activities including weight and balance of aircraft supervising the contacting vendor to perform daily operations at the control office, loading warehouse and onboard of aircraft
• Performing other administrative duties that including writing correspondence, keeping cables and controlling internal documentary files, auditing all related documents pertaining daily activities.
• Take responsible of Ramp and Freight team working roster.
• Coaching new Ramp and Freight agent to perform their daily job assignment
• Follow up all discrepancy report within company and vendors.
• Update Ramp Operation Standard Operating Plan.
• Responsible team member training records update and alert for recurrent.
• Responsible to submit application to Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand for any contingency plan
• Instructor for Dangerous Goods fit test recurrent.
• Self-audit preparing monthly for APAC and quarterly for MEM HDQ
• Acting as Ramp manager during his absence.
• Serve as a Dangerous Goods Specialist to ensure overall handling operations of Dangerous Goods are in accordance with existing procedures and policies.
• Monthly Inventory and control all relating document and manual.
• Monthly Inspect for Dangerous Goods spill cleanup kit and Fire Extinguisher all FedEx Gateway Operation.
• Quarterly report for Dangerous Goods Self Evaluation and Facility Safety Inspection.
• Member of QDST Federal Express Gateway Operation.
• Control Ramp supply within company and vendors.
• Take responsibility about Aircraft Weight and Balance, checking Dangerous Goods before loading collect the consignment to the aircraft and arrange the consignment on the aircraft.
• Perform ULDs inspection before loading and loading ULDs to the aircraft.
• Control all equipment when interface to the aircraft.
• Build up Freight on to Pallets
