ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Analyze chemical substance in Electroplating Laboratory to conclude the information for further process.
• To check chemical properties of plating solutions such as pH, density, specific gravity etc.
• Conduct laboratory tests and routine Hull Cell tests & Titration
• Quality control of plating solutions and compounds used as well as monitoring stock both for
production, research and development.
• Record the analytical & inspection results properly and accurately.
• Control the plating process to fully support plating production according the quality requirement.
• Improve in quality and efficiency of plating solutions and routine assays.
• Analyze problem or unusual data from plating process & find solution for production.
• Assists supervisor in problem solving and trouble shooting.
• Control the cost of the Chemical for plating process.
• Prepare report of Laboratory Result for daily, weekly and monthly.
• Maintain material safety data sheet records on chemicals and compounds used.

• Responsible for equipment calibration and check the chemicals stock.
• Prepare report of Laboratory Result for daily, weekly and monthly.
• Maintenance and taking care of laboratory facilities, so that they are in good condition and
ready for use.
• Save chemical costs and reduce wastes that is caused by chemicals.
• Responsible for the housekeeping, cleanliness, orderliness and safety in the laboratory.
• Maintain material safety data sheet records on chemicals and compounds used.
• Co-ordinate with R&D department for finding new product
