Industry: Automotive steel pipes
Product: Coil Center,Sheet,Long Pipe,Cutsize
Built-up the new team (New plant strat-up) & Handle preparation and start-up of new production lines
Take care and supervise employees around 200 people
Manage over all daily-production of automotive steel pipes (KPIs, Productivity , etc.)
Analyze the input-out of the productivity and improve the process to achieve KPIs
Control and maintain the Quality system ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001
Perform as Customer Management Representative (CMR)
Manage/deal with customer complaint and improve the internal process to achieve customers' satisfaction
Supervise Planning/Logistics/Maintenance/Warehouse management and QC ** (further details on page 2)**
Provide advice and training to all related subodinates
Handle miscellaneous management tasks instructed from MD & CEO

Take care , supervise and manage employees around 150 people
Supervise daily tasks of the factory, planning/production/warehouse to achieve the target
Proceed planning and organising production schedules
Set up an annual objectives and targets for each department, strive for continuous improvement.
Plan and control an annual operating/investment budget
Manage and direct all production and engineering disciplines and activities.
Take part in plant quality level improvement to meet customer's satisfaction./determine quality control standards

Oversee and lead maintenance procedures and actions
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
In charge of proceeding preventive maintenance,Predictive Maintenace,MTBF,MTTR,Availibility
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Plant Engineer (as a junior staff when joined)
