Coordinate with Oversea, Carrier, Shipping agent and Freight forwarder. -Follow up import and export shipment.
-Coordinate with warehouse for loading export cargo and unloading import cargo. -To performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
-Dealing with related department such as sales import, sales export, accountant, manager, etc. -Calculate for the container spaces for every shipment.

Greet customer when they arrive at the service centre
-Consult with mechanic about necessary repairs and possible alternative to expensive work
-Answer questions about service outcome, and also about warranty protections and potential cost savings -Manage and oversee the service center’s workflow and scheduling
-Call customer to inform them of charge in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up
