● Manage the project to have the new business launch in Myanmar. Be involved in project planning, conference room pilot, requirement gathering and overall project management covering for budget, resources; both internal teams and vendors, to deliver the application and perform UAT to ensure to deliver the good quality software and system to the affiliate as scheduled.
● Manage both internal teams (business and IT) and outsource vendors to have the system for new retail business establishment in China (Guangzhou). Lead various teams for requirement analysis, application development, application testing; both system integration testing and user acceptance test, and schedule management for system go live
● Managed a project to migrate the business intelligence system from the on-premise platform to Cloud technology. Coordinated with various vendors to submit the proposal, evaluated them to select the best one for MAKRO, manage the project to have it implement as planned and deliver to end-users
