Track sales contracts from all Sales sites and report to headquarter Office.
Enter and maintain integrity of sales contract data recorded in AVC systems.
Process documentation and verify accordingly to tax, regulatory and audit
requirements for sales contracts.
Liaise internally with other departments - Sales Administrators, Club
Services, and Finance Services to determine the scope of potential
contracts.
Process new or existing Club Owner benefits i.e. owner Club point
allotment, Club Ownership card, additional point requirement.
Assist to process sales to close accordingly to deadlines i.e. follow up any
issue cases occur on sales contracts.
Maintain database and update information for new and existing contracts
and Club Owners personal details (address, contact number, email, etc) in
AVC systems.
Monitor contract status and respond to queries appropriately.
Prepare report to summarize sales summary, weekly closings and month
end closing.
