ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Ensure the operators follow work instruction and safety procedures
• Drives KPI and action plan for site inventory management by team
• Investigate raw materials control problems & analyze root causes, and derive solutions
• Check and prepare equipment for packing or materials to be sufficient for production
• Ensure the operators follow work instruction and safety procedures
• Analyses data ,trains and develops inventory team and provide detail report and present to management on inventory performance
• Control the accuracy of stock inventory and inform in the system as well as its accuracy in data records.
• Develop process improvements for raw materials & finish goods control systems to increase work efficiency and accuracy
• Schedule plan inventory management to avoid any shortages and excesses
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to materials control demand then create and distribute Line image by weekly
• Work with supply team for requirement materials, manufacturing and purchasing departments in identifying and support production team
• Prepare and submit status inventory and performance reports to Department Management
