· Conduct intake meetings with Sales to agree on qualification criteria for
candidates
· Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
· Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via JOBDB,JOBTHAI, Facebook)
· Screen resumes and job applications · Make a phone call to candidates who match with job position from clients
· Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
· Update clients on hiring status · Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
· Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job

· Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes · Assignments and interview evaluations
· Prepare 4 Cbase documents ; 1 for airlines staff, 1 for Cabin Crew, and 2 for closing the bills · Check the booking order in Cbase System before go to check meal orders in the Halal Chiller and Non-Halal Chiller · Check all order passenger meals and beverages before go to work in the airside (Suvarnabhumi Airport) · Perform as a representative from catering to check and brief total meals loading of any classes to cabin crew on each airline such as Lufthansa, Etihad, Austrian, and etc. · Control my team (drivers and loaders) to do catering process following the procedures of the company · Dealing with any problems that relate to catering and take a quick action to solve the problems
