● Designed product wireframes for the self-serve New Product Mailing tool and automated benchmark suggestions using Word2Vec NLP models, allowing the 2nd largest Norwegian retailer to scale supplier propositions.
● Facilitated JV setup with the largest offline Chinese retailer during a year-long onsite assignment at Shanghai
- Conceptualized 3-way collaborative process to commercialize retailer data with potential revenue of £1.8M. Designed CxO level presentations, supported the launch event for 40 suppliers and created training content.
