Main Duties and responsibility:
Managing overall function in Sale Dept.
Setting up and monitor Sale Turnover monthly against budget
Control Sale activities for both export and domestic including inventory control and delivery planning
Handling Export shipment under the privileges of 19Bis, BOI & EEI.
Contact The Foreign Trade Dept. in order to submit costing for applies for Form D & Form A for export goods under AFTA terms.
Co-operate with overseas customer in order to get order, forecast and business plan.

Set up activity for container loading efficiency for export shipment
Handling warehouse management and inventory control.
Organize Sale Meeting with oversea dealer and Hitachi Sale Company
Export & Domestic sales control from receiving order till delivery by co-operate with Planning, Production and Logistic Section.
Responsible for customers problem solving and co-operate with internal in order to achieve customer requirement.
Maintain good relation among customer and company, expand business volume with existing customer and expand plastic injection business with automotive customer.
Set up and monitoring customer satisfaction survey to improve service level with customer.
Handling RFQ process, quote for injection part and assembly process
Boost up and encourage sale from Sale Team.
Finding prospect customer and approach to crate business opportunity.
Planning & control expense budget for customer service Department.
Involve with team for APQP, FMEA and Control Plan of new product development

Main Duties and responsibility:
Manage overall Sale team in term of improve Sale Ability by supervise on Sale cycle process, coaching and consulting for commercial issue and export processing.
Solving problem happen in Sale Division set up systems to automate job to reduce work load and get more efficiency.
Review and set procedure to enhance sales team working method to collaborate with company goal by the mean time satisfy customer requirement.
Cooperate with Unit Manager to managing profit / Loss of the production unit.
Set up Sale Unit KPI, Yearly Sale Budget and Yearly Expense Budget. Also create Business plan, Strategy and activity to meet with target set.
Expedite New Product Development Meeting for total company to review project time plan,
Secure and grow up Sale account for 4 Main customers who having different Product and Process
1) Mepal Rosti BV for Melamine Tableware during 2007/69Mb-2012/118Mb
2) Schneider Electric Thailand for Electrical during 2007/51Mb -2018/203Mb, new project localize secure for 2019 60Mb.
3) IKEA Trading Hong Kong Ltd., Secure as a new customer for company Melamine business total turnover 230Mb start from 2008 - 2013
4) Truyts Import for Melamine Tableware from 2014 till date for 30Mb/year
Expand customer for Thermoset compression process for Melamine and plastic injection for household product
Expand business volume for Thermoset compression process for high impact Bulk molding Compound and injection Process, Thermoplastic injection process and sub assembly for circuit breaker product for home and industrial use.
Working closely with customer to understand their characteristic and demand, building up good relationship with them to develop business opportunity.
Handling RFQ for new development product, Project Localization or even mold transfer project throughout Ariba E-RFQ systems.
Lead team as a project management leader such as product and process feasibility, tooling design, production process design, APQP,FMEA and control plan to ensure that the project secure from customer is handling properly in terms of quality, technique, cost and delivery requirement with optimize costing and meet customer time plan.
Working closely with production team to monitor productivity, operation cost, production cost to make sure that the profitable will be on line with target set and find opportunity to improve profit level.
Involve with team to investigate product quality problem and propose for quality resolution by process or even improve tooling for permanent solution.
Monitor team performance as a company representative and get customer evaluation to review and develop improvement activity to ensure that customer requirement has been taken care with good service and best speed.
Boost up and encourage Sale team to work and secure new customer or new project from existing customer.
Responsible for export activity for company.
Co-work with oversea factory in terms of supply machine, equipment, raw material plan.
Sourcing for alternative material for project to propose for productivity program also sourcing for new assembly part whenever it require from new project RFQ.
Study assembly process from customer and discuss with internal team to found opportunity of value added process and increase in Sale volumn.
Manage internal factory outlet to create more sale volume.
Handling and control export activity for total company.
Expand Sale Volume from key account customer.
Oversea visit to prospect customer to build up opportunity to increase sale for Company.
