7. Management operation control standard of Production procedure
8. Manage manpower and line capability
9. Support team to drive continuous improvement the productivity program
10. Project improvement system design and validation
11. Control and preparation ISO document control 9001 / 14001/18000 GMP / HACCP and document
12. Provide support EHS activities prepare and implement PPE, machine guarding, lock out / tag out and MSDS
13. Manage and evaluate to control the work job quality of subcontractor find new vendor Create Project SOW price estimate and compare BOQ, BOM and cost

1. Maintain and overall management to ensure the buildings are in good condition and utilities machine are available and regular running in the safety function
2. Manage effective Corrective and Preventive Maintenance plan continual improvement the maintenance program
3. Yearly plan budget and manage control the maintenance budget cost
4. Manage and follow up all activity to be achieve target with department KPI and company ADP
5. Development team and provide technical analysis do to resolve Utility and production machine Problem to increase MTBF and decrease MTTR do to minimize machine and production down time
6. Maintenance and machine operation and machine optimization include provide the root cause analytical and troubleshooting of machine problem in facilities System as below
- 2400 CFM of Air Comp. (Turbo Compressor) & Air Dryer
- HVAC System such as Air Conditioning AHU/FCU Ventilation and Exhaust fan
- 600 Ton of Chiller and cooled water system
- NG Boiler and Biomass Boiler and Heat exchanger system
- NG GAS Station supply & equipment
- Cooling tower system
- Water treatment system Soft water and DI Water Supply include plumbing
- Process waste water Recycle water Plant
- Process waste water Treatment Plant
- Maintain all of Fire alarm and fire protection System
7. Maintaining and operation control standard of Waste water Quality standard law
8. Manage and control spare parts Inventory compared cost and quality of local Supplier with original supplier to make sure that the parts quality in standard and low cost
9. Project and machine Installation validation control
10. Manage team to effective within budget plan as well as deliver all the projects on time and within scope.
11. Manage and evaluate to control the work job quality of subcontractor find new vendor Create Project SOW price estimate and compare BOQ, BOM and cost
12. Support team to drive continuous improvement thru productivity program to deliver productivity project to achieve the target.
13. Creation and preparation ISO document control 9001 / 14001/18000 GMP and document for utility machine to be check and monitor machine condition as daily check sheet PM
14. Provide support EHS activities prepare and implement PPE, machine guarding, lock out / tag out and MSDS
15. Responsible and project Energy Saving program
16. Complete monthly all activities KPI report and submit to Engineering section Manager as below detail
- Production down time
- Utilities MTTR, MTBF, BD, PM complete, % machine available Corrective and Preventive action
- Headcount management time
- Maintenance Cost (spare parts / maintenance / supplier / headcount over time each.)
- Over time Control
- Energy consumption cost (Water / NG / Electricity / Recycle water / waste water / Steam)
- Project on hand update
- CI Activity
- Safety and Accident report
- QRM number of finding on hand
