ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
To control and handle all shipping document concerned import of by Air freight and Sea freight.
Coordinate with shipping agency, freight forwarder for shipment and coordinate the government for clearance import.
Knowledge of privilege Free Zone (IEAT) FROM E , D, JTEPA and knowledge about refund of import tax and all about register with government.
To inform supplier about consolidate shipment by indicated on PO and manage shipment by checking delivery schedule as weekly schedule.
Prepare cost for send the accounting department and supplier.
Control and follow up schedule of import & export shipment to be on time for the delivery to customer.
Received purchase requisition and issue purchase order place to supplier and contact the relevant agencies until received the product.
Find new supplier and compare price then negotiate price with supplier.
Process IEAT about sale in Thailand and prepare document in the Free Zone.
Summarized Purchase & import - export reports to IEAT officer and manager.
