Arcadias Topshop Concessionaire (UK)
- Represent as Brand Manager for Topshop concessionaire brand (Twist & Turn)
- Manage, delegate and communicate with members of staff working at Topshop on a daily basis
- Plan and forecast P&L while balance cost effective management of retail sales
- Develop sales strategies and ensure marketing and sales directions are complied with brand image, location, store policies, footfall, feedback from manages and Topshop head office marketing activities, policies and directions
- Manage pricing strategy and balance margins
- Research trends and competitors and work on reports and brainstorm with Production & Design team for merchandising plans
- Analyze sales and product performance and contribute daily sell-thru reports for merchandising, production, marketing and vm plans
- Review and evaluate performance of merchandising plans and revise if needed
- Create sales forecast for product assortment according to retail calendar, market trends, customers and buyers feedback, sales analyses, marketing and promotional plans, etc.
- Monitor inventory level, stock replenishment and movement; stock transfer and allocation between stores and other selling channels
- Coordinate with stakeholders for merchandising operations and ensure logistics process
- Set sales targets and manage staff incentives and make sure all targets are achieved
- Organize meetings with store teams, Topshop buyers to catch up and pick up information and updates on trends and what the market is looking for
- Brainstorm with store management teams for CRM & POS management, in-store promotions and sales strategies
- Create and update staff manual (on-boarding program, procedure and process, visual merchandising guideline, product training, customer service, stockroom management, etc.), plan monthly Rota and conduct staff meeting and training for team building session and ensure retail operation meets fast-paced environment standards
Marketing
- Develop marketing and promotion BTL plans across eCommerce selling channels including social media accounts and managing budget
- Execute and implement marketing and promotional plans and campaigns (e.g. enhancing SEM along with retail calendar, develop KOL marketing, etc.)
-Measure ROI, track and analyze pre & post-campaigns and sales performance
- Communicate with, brief and track in-house graphic team for marketing materials (i.e. POSM, artworks for Topshop concession, social media, eCommerce, pr and press kits, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze insights (Google Analytics) of social media accounts and eCommerce channels
- Communicated with PR agency (in UK) for promotional campaigns and worked closely with them to provide brand communication directions and materials needed
Business Development
- Responsible for backend operations of other selling channels (eCommerce, distributor showroom, etc.)
- Research for and approach new markets and opportunities to grow together in global fashion industry (trade fairs, showrooms, boutiques, department stores, online retailers)
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and possible key account partners and work with them for business development plans
- Support key account partners in development of sales (including sales tools and marketing materials) from the beginning of selling season to after delivery of goods
