ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Negotiate commercial terms, Drafting and review agreements with legal team.
Follow up with partner exchange and negotiate on the detail beside commercial clauses.
Process with the signing on the execution version.
- Handle both local and International channels operation (Acquire detail for Advertisement
insertion, Technical details and equipment, content materials, NBTC requirement, etc.)
- Follow up on payment with finance, arrange any required document for payment, WHT.
- Arrange subscriber report for both residential and hotel CMDU from data in financial system.
- Maintain a good relation with channel providers, arrange and attend meetings, dinner and conference.
