ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Utilize subcontractor or vendor cost and proposal data to support estimates and also evaluate and incorporate historical data from past projects, subcontracts, and productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures to support the estimates for a project.
- Interface with owner, A/E or other contractors to provide engineering and cost data to support the bid or proposal.
- Developing the cost estimates for an entire project; calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work and aiding contract handoff to Project Managers/Operations.
- Provide job cost tracking set-up, development of revenue recognition units and productivity analysis reporting.
- Preparing shop drawings and submittals, as well as overseeing and reporting submittal status.
- Involve providing estimates for extra work items, changed orders, and credits; procurement of material etc. to support awarded contracts.
- Providing technical support to other project employees by coaching them on how to estimate processes and deliver prompt and accurate estimations.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
- Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
- Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
- Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
- Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
- Prepare or present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property and right-of-way descriptions.
