• Monitor and advised officer to align with customs clearance objective lead time and also ensure that HS code is collected prior customs clearance submitted and LC opening is right approval.
• Projection on solar cell project in order to plan both import and local raw material on time and optimized cost of projects
Warehouse/Inventory and transportation
• Increased shipping times by 99% by implementing computerized inventory and ticketing systems.
• Ensure and maintain inventory accurate and also FIFO system.
• Maintain safety and 5s activities.
• Maintained a 99% satisfaction delivery on time rating.
• Conduct cycle count.
• Improve delivery service level and maintain it as per objective conducted.

Import and export
• Monitor and advised officer to align with customs clearance objective lead time and also to prevent and port charge and demurrage charge incur.
• Coordinate with 3PL and customs officer for customs issue.
Warehouse/Inventory and transportation
• Monitor and advised inventory officer to initiate daily and monthly Excise report and ensure there are comply with
• Ensure and maintain inventory accurate and also FEFO system.
• Maintain safety and 5s activities.
• Conduct cycle count.
• Conduct stainless steel tanks tacking report.
• Improve delivery service level and maintain it as per objective conducted.

• Manage transportation activities and control subcontractors for local 900 trucks per month and export 450 trucks per month which is most of them are door to door business even local and oversea distributed.
Import and export
• Freight and customs clearance management for import and export
• Ensure there are ready to prepare export and import document and form are on time.
• Sourcing for new freight forwarder
