1.Work with US team to drive the New Product of PSG,NSG HDD products which responding to Design, Process, Material, Manufacturing,
2.Support new model major or minor change test run inline, monitor and summary report for product improvement.
3.Evaluate assembly parameter to improve assembly condition and Product quality.
4.Perform risk assessment of New part, Tools & Equipment.
5.Provide OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan) for manufacturing.
6.Investigate root cause of failures, analysis data and failures disposition
7.Drive for continuous improvement in material/component Yield and Quality performance
8.Support day-to-day issue for mass production of Drive build and test process

Sr. Maintenance Engineer Aug'15-Jun16
1.Fix machine in line , find root cause to make short and long term action, preventive action.
2.Manage spear part support machine in line, study new part life time, new part effect for improvement.
3.Machine improvement ( cycle time, downtime, machine sequence modify jig fixture support machine ).
4.Support new software revision,new part minor or major change by station, Mornitor & summary for feed back to designer.
5.Support new machine & new model setup, Line setup and test run monitoring & summry report.
6.Set meeting if found design case - software or new part not fit for use(Designer). Material case -mat'l part effect (QA&SQE&Process).
7.PM activity ( Test new software , change part , modify part , software edit , change parameter ).
8.Lean leader for FL do 5S Technician room, Kaizen project.
9.Improve Yield all of products both of Assembly line and Teardown line, Find out the short term & long term action, preventive action.
10.OEE & Yield projection by quarter, Setup meeting with team.

Quality Assurance Engineer
Jobs description
1. Part quality control.
2. In process quality assurance .
3. Establish statistic process control and maintenance process to improve the quality performance of product.
4. Priority publish and follow inspection plan of new model production or engineering changing update
5. Failure analysis and take corrective & preventive action upon defect part finding on inspected lot and customer returned part.
6. Support company quality system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 , OHSAS 18001)
7. Evaluate and report timely the quality performance testing on manufacturing testing
8. Support ISO program activity.

Sr.Process Engineer
1. Process Engineer control line spindle motor size 3.5 inch. (C300-1D,2/3D models) and 2.5 inch.(A80 ,J170H models) of Fujitsu.
2. Monitoring with improve Yield in process by use tool Six Sigma such as Measurement System Analysis, Hypothesis Test etc.
3. Cooperation other section concern process for development and improve Line.
4. Prepare and revise for Process Instruction and Production Aid.(PI , PA).
5. Confirmation equipment machine for new line set up.
6. Prepare and revise for Quality Control Flow Chart (QCFC)
7. Review, create, standardize, control and improve manufacturing processes through work instruction for easy to working and handling.
8. Now responsibility improve about Z-parallel of C300 and new line set up for M120 model (10st)
