Work with managing director to ensure product(s) profit and loss, to manage selling price and sales and marketing cost to achieve maximum return on investment for company.
Prepare, propose, and manage budget related to sales and marketing
Implement and develop sales and marketing strategies
Must be knowledgeable of all process of property selling / leasing.
Resolve customers complaint and negotiate the term of agreement
Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge
Handling media and advertising through social network, web content, POP materials,

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products,

5. Seek opportunities for exploitation for the companys benefit and effectively Utilize technology, both internally and externally

3. Serve as subject matter expert to help sales answer detailed questions about our products in order to win or defend large scale deals.
Strategic Input - Product Development and Go to Market
1. Provide critical input to product development roadmap based on identified customer/buyer needs, consumer needs and market trends.
2. Work with product marketing and marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy and positioning of new features/products, helping them to understand the product/feature positioning, key benefits, unique selling points, in line with identified user preferences and needs.
3. Provide market feedback for the development of new business models and pricing strategy based on market and user research.
Monitoring and Reporting
1. Produce Monthly Market Development report which monitors product sales revenue AND usage by customer, region, channel, product type etc.
2. Monitor trends in usage of specific product features by segment and customer type.
3. Produce regular competitor activity report.
