ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Make a master of the tools for used to measure the quality of products.
-Plan and manage for internal tools calibration.
-Plan and manage for external tools calibration.
-Prepare document quality control of measuring instruments for internal and external certificate
Report the results of the quality inspection of the measuring to relevant sections
-Prepare document work instruction (WI) and work standard (WS)for control and use as a standard for quality inspection.
Improve the product the customer reported can the issue back to use again
To check the area of the product in the actual use of the customer
-Analyze causes and find solution and inform to customers.
-Check plan for raw materials and parts ,to be used in the production process.
-Prepare plan for audit supplier
-Prepare a qualification and value review plan chemical composition for confirm the value
material and part can follow satandart
-Prepare plan for the inspection of prohibited substances
-Recheck document note inspection check sheet
-Prepare the data for parts production for to find silotions.
-Recheck outgoing check sheet report
-Problem summary guidelines and solutions from customer complain and internal defect.

-จัดทำ Audit Check List สำหรับ Supplier ที่จัดทำระบบ ISO9001 กับ Supplier ที่ไม่จัดทำระบบ ISO9001
-แก้ไขปรับปรุงเอกสาร PM ,QP, WI , WS ให้สอดคล้องกับการทำงานเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
