งาน After Sale Service
งานประกอบห้องพัก เพื่อส่งมอบห้องให้กับลูกค้า
งานค้นหาเทียบวัสดุ เพื่อนำมาให้ในงานประกอบห้อง ซ่อมห้อง รวมถึงประยุกต์เพื่อแก้ไขงาน
งานประกอบ แก้ไขระบบเฉพาะ เช่น VDO Door Phone , Home Automation เช่น ปัญหาหมดประกันกับบริษัท Sup แต่ยังไม่หมดประกันกับลูกค้า ก็ทำการสั่งซื้อวัสดุเพื่อประกอบซ่อมเองและลงโปรแกรมเอง รวมถึงเคลียร์แบบเพื่อให้ช่างทำงานได้
งานทำเอกสารประกอบการใช้งานระบบในห้องพักให้กับฝ่ายโอน
งาน PR - request วัสดุ โดยจะต้องประเมินปัญหาหน้างาน และสั่งวัสดุ โดยประเมินราคา และวางแผนให้สัมพันธ์กับการเงินและหน้างาน ไม่ให้งานสะดุด
งานติดตาม Sup ที่ยังอยู่ในประกันเข้าซ่อม
งานแก้ไขงานส่วนกลาง ในส่วนที่ฝ่ายนิติบุคคลไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ หรือ ส่วนที่ฝ่ายก่อสร้างทำความเสียหาย เช่น หม้อแปลงสลับเฟส , RMU สลับลูกกับหม้อแปลง , เบรคเกอร์ใน MDB เสีย , ช่าง กฟน.เหยียบจอเม้าท์ที่รางบัสดัก จนไฟอาร์ก และย้อนเข้า N เข้าระบบห้องพักในชั้น , งานแก้ไขช่างนิติเปิดวาล์วผิด จนน้ำอัดเข้าท่อ จนเกิน
Pressure ทำให้ท่อ PPR มีปัญหาน้ำรั่วในห้องลูกค้า บริเวณข้อต่อ
งานเอกสารส่งมอบงานส่วนกลางให้กับนิติบุคคล
